Terms and Conditions

By participating in any autograph signing or send in opportunity presented by PRIME SIGNATURE AUTHENTICATIONS, you agree to the following terms:


Care For Your Items

I will not hold PRIMESIGNATUREAUTHENTICATIONS, and its owners or any celebrity talent (or any of their affiliated entities) responsible for any loss or damage to an item(s) I send in to be signed. Damage can occur during shipping and or during the handling of items during the signing or in the process of re-packaging the item(s) to be sent back. I understand that fragile or old item(s) that already show great wear & tear may be damaged further. It is solely at my risk that any and all item(s) are being sent in to be signed.


Payment & Shipping

I will pay in full for all items being signed at the rates published (this includes signature fees and any shipping fees). I understand that absolutely NO refunds will be granted, unless the signing is canceled. In such an event all signature fees will be refunded, but I will be responsible for all shipping charges to have my item(s) returned. I understand that I am responsible for all shipping charges to have the item(s) returned to me after they have been signed. I am also responsible for any and all taxes or duties that my country may impose upon shipments coming to and/or from PRIME SIGNATURE AUTHENTICATIONS.


Labeling Your Items

I understand that ALL my items will be clearly marked for identification and signing purposes. If I do not mark my items (I.E. via a post-it with my name on the back of the item) I understand that PRIMESIGNATUREAUTHENTICATIONS has the right to label the items in any way they deem appropriate. I acknowledge that labeling my item for additional add-ons that I did not pay for is attempted theft, and that my order may be cancelled or held until all outstanding balances are resolved. I understand that I can request a specific pen color and location for the signature but acknowledge that in rare instances the requests may not be fulfilled.


Mistakes & Errors

I understand that in rare cases mistakes such as spelling errors, smudges, creases, placement and color errors do happen and while PRIMESIGNATUREAUTHENTICATIONS will try their best to correct the mistake, I will not hold them liable for any mistakes that do happen. I agree to release PRIMESIGNATUREAUTHENTICATIONS of any an all liability associated with this signing and agree that all items are being sent at my own risk.


Cancellations

Any signing cancelled by PRIME/Talent for any reason will result in a 100% refund of the purchase price. All customer cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, please only place an order if you intend on keeping it. Items that are personalized (e.g. "To Mike") are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable. Cancelled send-in items will be returned at the customers expense after the signing is completed.


GPS Trackers

Sending GPS trackers with send-in items is strictly prohibited. All send-in packages are scanned for GPS trackers upon arrival, the devices are immediately disabled and removed. If your package contains a GPS tracker, your order will be cancelled and item(s) returned at your expense. We take this security very seriously. Thank you for your cooperation!

 

Unclaimed Items

It is the responsibility of the customer to use and monitor up-to-date contact details including email address and phone number. Sending items without proper contact information, or failing to respond to included contact information may render your item unclaimed. If an item remains unclaimed for a period of ninety (90) days, the item becomes property of PRIME and may be disposed of, or otherwise handled as deemed appropriate by PRIME.

 

Mail Your Items

Securely package and mail all send in items to the address listed on the signing order page.
